Role description
We are looking for an Automation Tester ready to join a rapidly growing payment service provider operating in Poland, across Europe, and beyond. We offer a diverse range of products that require a careful and responsible approach to quality assurance. You will join a company with great colleagues, experienced managers, and plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills.
Responsibilities:
- working with product teams on test automation,
- occasionally supporting manual testing,
- collaborating on breaking down project scope and building a test development plan,
- maintaining existing tests,
- participating in the Testers Guild and driving cultural change in ways of working.
Requirements and skills we are looking for this role:
- minimum 3 years of experience in testing methodologies (manual/automation testing, analysis),
- knowledge of agile ways of working,
- ability to collaborate with developers, DevOps and product teams,
- proven experience with: SQL, Cucumber/Gherkin, Python, Playwright, JavaScript, Cypress, REST API, Java,
- experience in functional, E2E, API, contract and performance testing,
- proficiency in English,
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills,
- self-motivation and proactive attitude are a significant advantage.
