    • Professional oversight of HPE-NonStop technology as a standard solution.
    • Ensuring operational stability through standard service practices, including:
    • Release planning and maintenance (patch management)
    • Security management (Safeguard)
    • Performance analysis and tuning
    • Database management (NonStop SQL, Enscribe, etc.)
    • Job scheduling
    • User administration
    • Monitoring (Prognosis)
    • Data backup.
    • Implementation of OS and 3rd-party software and service components.
    • Resolving technical issues using onboard tools (software/hardware tools).
    • Minimizing incidents and MI's by promptly implementing necessary error corrections within the scope of responsibility and coordinating with relevant interfaces.
    • Continuously improving operational stability through process and procedure optimization.
    • Participating in technical meetings, both internal and with customers.

    • Min. 3 years of professional experience in IT Operations Management.
    • Exposure to HPE-NonStop framework or equivalent administration experience with:
    • OS Unix, Linux, Windows, VMware or OpenVMS management
    • Backup&Storage management
    • Networking and Firewalling management
    • DB management
    • Application management.
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
    • Familiarity with standard security guidelines.
    • Proficiency in both German and English (minimum level: B2).
    • Willingness to provide on-call service
    • Ability to analyze and structure complex situations.
