Senior Test Automation Engineer with Python (she/ he)

For Our Client from financial sector we are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with Python (she/ he)

Tasks:

·       Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, setting quality standards and best practices

·       Design and implement test strategies for Functional , regression and system integration testing

·       Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework

·       Build  configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing

·       Manage code repositories and branching strategies using Bitbucket.

·       Collaborate with developers, data engineers and product teams to define test cases and ensure data quality across system

·       Perform root cause analysis of defects and implement preventive measures.

·       Drive adoption of automation first testing approach, improving regression test coverage and reducing release cycle time.

·       Ensure compliance with data quality standards (accuracy, comleteness, consistency, timeless).

·       Act as a team lead, overseeing workload distribution, conducting reviews and supporting professional development of junior team members.

Requirements:

·       5+ years of development experience with Python

·       5+ years experience with database technologies

·       5+ years experience with GIT

·       3+ years experience with Robot Framework(mandatory) , Pytest(Good to have)

·       3+ years experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins

·       Strong working experience with Linux and bash

·       Experience with containerization using Docker

Nice to have

·       Knowledge of streaming and queues technologies e.g. KAFKA, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ

·       Working knowledge of Devops
