Senior R Developer

We are looking for an R Developer to help implement R based data analysis tools.

Location: 100% remote

Salary: 700 - 1000 PLN net + VAT / day / B2B (depending on skills and experience; contract of employment is also possible)

Responsibilities:

Develop and help designing R based frameworks to compute advanced graphs, tables and listings
Extend and R Shiny based modular framework for interactive and reproducible exploration of clinical trials data
Work closely with the subject matter experts to meet stakeholder needs
Help define development & automation workflow

Requirements:

A degree in bioinformatics, biology, computer science or related discipline
Proficiency in R programming including documented experience with package development according to best practices
Experience with R packages commonly used for data munging and visualisation (dplyr, ggplot2, plotly, etc.)
Advanced R Shiny skills, including writing Shiny modules, testing Shiny applications, scalability and deployment.
Experience with modern R frameworks such as the tidyverse, data.table, or similar.
Shell scripting skills, experience with version control and strong familiarity with Docker
Ability to directly communicate with research scientists and understand business requirements for scientific applications
