Senior R Developer
We are looking for an R Developer to help implement R based data analysis tools.
Location: 100% remote
Salary: 700 - 1000 PLN net + VAT / day / B2B (depending on skills and experience; contract of employment is also possible)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and help designing R based frameworks to compute advanced graphs, tables and listings
- Extend and R Shiny based modular framework for interactive and reproducible exploration of clinical trials data
- Work closely with the subject matter experts to meet stakeholder needs
- Help define development & automation workflow
Requirements:
- A degree in bioinformatics, biology, computer science or related discipline
- Proficiency in R programming including documented experience with package development according to best practices
- Experience with R packages commonly used for data munging and visualisation (dplyr, ggplot2, plotly, etc.)
- Advanced R Shiny skills, including writing Shiny modules, testing Shiny applications, scalability and deployment.
- Experience with modern R frameworks such as the tidyverse, data.table, or similar.
- Shell scripting skills, experience with version control and strong familiarity with Docker
- Ability to directly communicate with research scientists and understand business requirements for scientific applications
