Salary:

• up to 850 PLN net + VAT/MD (B2B) depending on your professional experience

• Remote/Hybrid. It's nice to see availability to visit the office in Warsaw once a week, but it's not mandatory

About the project:

Join a banking initiative focused on retail savings products for individual customers, delivered across web and mobile channels.You’ll own end-to-end test planning and execution in Zephyr, ensure timely, quality releases, and support UAT.

Daily collaboration with PMs, Business, Development and QA will help align scope, timelines and quality goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Defining and prioritising test scope and strategy based on risk and business criticality (incl. manual tests for banking apps).

• Estimating time & resources; planning the test schedule and tracking progress with clear KPIs.

• Managing test risk, escalating issues early and driving mitigation actions.

• Communicating status & quality to stakeholders through concise reports and presentations.

• Ensuring high-quality test artefacts (plans, cases, reports) and coordinating defect lifecycle & retests.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing within the banking domain.

• Hands-on testing of web and mobile applications.

• Knowledge of retail savings products for individual clients.

• Experience with Zephyr (or a similar test management tool).

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2).

It would be great if you also have:

• ISTQB certification (Foundation/Advanced).

• Experience coordinating UAT and defect triage with Business/Dev.

• Practice in process improvement (retrospectives, metrics, continuous improvement).
