Location / work model:

1. Hybrid work model (at least 1 day / week in the office)

About the role:

1. We are looking for a Specialist who will be responsible for operational support of applications in a high risk environment, with a focus on process automation and collaboration with product teams
2. The role combines classic IT Operations tasks with DevOps initiatives such as CI/CD implementation and process improvement

Requirements:

1. Experience in IT Operations / Application Support
2. Ability to analyze and resolve incidents and application issues
3. Familiarity with ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management) processes
4. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
5. Ability to collaborate with development and product teams
6. Proactivity in documenting knowledge and improving processes
7. Fluency in spoken and written English
