Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Business Stakeholders to document business strategies

• Gathering functional and non-functional requirements by working with various stakeholders, such as IT teams

• Translating business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team

• Responsibility for requirements documentation (including use cases) and quality improvement

• Supporting testers and developers on the team (verifying developed solutions through testing)

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in IT and/or Business Analytics

• Proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies

• Experience or knowledge in API development, data mapping and process modeling

• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, prototyping and user interface design

• Knowledge of architecture diagrams such as sequence diagrams

• Solid technical knowledge to work effectively with Developers

• Experience using Jira, Confluence

• Knowledge of the banking industry and payments domain

• Excellent written and spoken English
