Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic, product-driven environment. The role involves close collaboration with a Product Manager, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure effective delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology, supporting product development, and driving continuous improvement across processes and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements using best-practice BA techniques

• Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine business goals, scope, and product roadmap

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners

• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences

• Support alignment between product vision and delivery capabilities

Solution Design & Delivery

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements

• Validate delivered solutions using acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and UAT coordination

• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and proactively propose mitigation strategies

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and quality

• Contribute to the development of BA standards, documentation practices, and templates

• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer when needed

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Strong English skills (C1+), especially in cross-border communication

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution validation

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure and present information clearly

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• High level of ownership, independence, and accountability

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Veeva Clinical Vault

• Experience working in international environments

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML, or similar

• Domain knowledge relevant to the project (depending on context)

• Relevant certifications (e.g., IIBA ECBA / CCBA / CBAP, Agile BA)
