Work model:

Hybrid – offices available in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, and Gdynia(2–3 days per week onsite depending on the project)

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Continuous automation of newly created test cases

• Keeping the automation test code repository clean, maintainable, and compliant with best practices• Managing and monitoring daily automated test runs, including result analysis and reporting

• Updating the list of automated test cases in both repository and test management tools

• Providing continuous fixes and implementing necessary code adjustments in automation scripts

• Planning and executing regression testing for each release

• Supporting the team through early defect detection and information sharing• Reporting, verifying, and tracking defects to closure

• Recommending corrective or preventive actions after test executions

• Identifying new scenarios suitable for automation or extending existing test coverage

• Actively collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure high delivery quality across releases

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in test automation (UI and/or API)

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and programming in Java or Python

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, XRay, TestRail, or similar)

• Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, RestAssured, or similar frameworks

• Knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data integrity in databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)

• Good understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

We will also value:

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave)

• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud environments

• Knowledge of TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent testing frameworks

• Understanding of performance or security testing concepts

• Background in financial or banking systems testing
