Sales Support/Project Assistant
The position is based in Poland and requires frequent travel to Togo and other African locations. It involves providing end-to-end support for sales, bid preparation, and project delivery activities - including documentation, presentations, market research, client interactions, and structured reporting. The responsibilities extend to coordinating collaboration between European and African teams, ensuring smooth communication and maintaining accurate project and administrative records. The role requires adaptability to dynamic conditions, careful task prioritization, and strong professionalism in interactions with diverse stakeholders, supported by fluent communication in French and English.
Responsibilities:
provide operational, organizational and administrative support across sales, bid preparation and project delivery.
prepare executive summaries, documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
conduct market research (Africa / MEA) and translate insights into actionable inputs.
lead or support client meetings, ensuring clear communication and structured follow‑up.
coordinate collaboration between teams in Europe and Africa.
support project monitoring through reporting, progress tracking and documentation management.
manage logistics for travel, workshops and international visits.
maintain structured project files, schedules, financial inputs and shared documentation.
prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines and ensure consistent follow‑through.
represent the organization professionally, with discretion and reliability.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, PMO support, or administrative roles,
ability to coordinate work across international teams (Europe and Africa),
strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English,
strong presentation, organizational, and administrative skills,
ability to support Sales, Bid Office, and Project Managers in: – preparing executive summaries (1–2 pages), – creating and delivering presentations, – conducting market research (Africa / MEA), – leading meetings with customers, – supporting offer and RFP preparation, – project reporting and monitoring,
strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Teams/Zoom, and shared document repositories,
basic understanding of financial concepts and business planning,
strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks,
ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities,
professional, discreet, and reliable approach to work.
