Functional Salesforce Consultant (Sales and/ or Service Cloud)

Your role in the team will include

• Partner with colleges and universities to assess their needs and design tailored Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration to optimize student lifecycle management.
• Develop and deliver training to higher ed staff on Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration with other business areas
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend improvements.

We're looking for you if you have

• Min. 3 years of experience with Salesforce solutions
• 1+ years of experience as a functional consultant
• Professional experience with Sales and/or Service Cloud areas
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
