SAP Senior Solution Consultant

Would you like to have a key role building and configuring business process solutions for Arla Foods dairies? Do you have experience configuring or rolling out solutions based on SAP PP-PI, MM, WM, QM or PM? Right now we are looking for a colleague who is passionate about leveraging technology to develop and optimise our processes.

How you will make an impact

In your new role, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders, other Senior Solution Consultants and Architects to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable IT solutions encompassing production, procurement, warehouse management, quality management and plant maintenance. You will play an active part in designing and rolling out Arla template solutions, utilising SAP technologies and integrating with shop floor production execution systems. More specifically:

• You will be a key player in our team securing the SAP solutions that support our business requirements
• You will work in an Agile Release train and in one or more Scrum Teams together with internal and external consultants, you will engage with Line of Business stakeholders to guide on best practices and relevant solution requirements with a keen eye on standardisation.
• The Senior Solution Consultant executes the technical/functional implementation, presents ideas, provides technical support and advice to junior colleagues and interacts and the business and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• The key success factor in this role is to deliver robust SAP solutions in the Dairy domain at the right time and within budget.

What will make you successful

The ideal candidate has proven experience configuring or rolling out SAP solutions within at least two of the target solution domains (SAP Production or Production Planning for Process Industries is mandatory). You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are also able to thrive in an independent role and have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines. Further, the preferred candidate has: 

• Bachelor's degree education level
• Strong functional expertise with SAP solutions
• 5 + years of experience within their solution domain
• Operational business experience in one of the target domains is a plus
• Experience of working within the Agile framework is a plus
