How you will make an impact 

As an Entry Specialist, you’ll support the team in implementing and improving Salesforce solutions while developing your skills through real-world tasks and mentoring.

• Assist with understanding business requirements and help translate them into clear user stories and configurations under guidance.

• Support configuration of Salesforce (e.g., fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows) in collaboration with consultants, developers, and architects.

• Help prepare documentation, release notes, and user guides to ensure business readiness.

• Participate in testing (e.g., creating test cases, executing tests) and support go-live and hypercare activities.

• Monitor and triage basic platform issues, escalating as needed, and contribute to continuous improvements.

• Learn and follow our Agile and DevOps practices, including stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

 What will make you successful

You’re early in your Salesforce journey, motivated to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team. You’re a true team player who communicates clearly, presents ideas confidently, and brings curiosity and care to building stable, scalable solutions.

• 0–1+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (internships, academic projects, or Trailhead practice are welcome). Exposure to Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud is a plus; interest in Data Cloud/Customer 360 is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration (e.g., profiles/permissions, objects, reports/dashboards, flows) and willingness to learn testing and deployment processes.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). English is the company language.

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator is a plus (or active progress on Trailhead and learning pathways).

• Tools and ways of working: Familiarity or interest in learning GitHub, Azure DevOps, Gearset, and ServiceNow. Experience with any is a plus but not required.
