This role is in the diverse and international, Automation and Analytics Support team in Application Services, IT Operations, covering the areas of data capabilities, analytics consumption and process automation. Our team is placed in Viby, Denmark, Leeds, UK and Gdansk, Poland.

This means you’ll be part of the entire lifecycle of automation solutions — from idea and implementation to long-term support and optimization. As an RPA Specialist, you will:
Design, develop and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalability, stability, and compliance with coding and architectural standards
Collaborate with infrastructure and internal teams to provision, configure, and manage virtual environments for bot deployment and optimal performance
Work within a DevOps model, focusing on development while supporting live bots and resolving incidents when necessary, including contributing to stabilization and continuous improvement
Define and apply best practices for automation development, building reusable components and supporting internal knowledge sharing across development teams
Contribute to innovation and capability-building initiatives, such as AI-enhanced automation, proof-of-concepts, and internal process automation

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid mix of technical expertise and personal qualities that drive effective automation development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in RPA development, preferably with Blue Prism
Proficiency in developing scalable and maintainable automation solutions
Practical knowledge of .NET / C# for custom automation code, familiarity with SQL and basic scripting languages (Python, Java) used in automation contexts
Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments
Understanding of test design and execution across unit, integration, and UAT phases
Strong personal qualities: adaptable to change, quality-driven, accountable, forward-thinking, and collaborative
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Knowledge of API integrations, exception handling, and queue-based automation design
Familiarity with virtual environment provisioning and bot deployment processes
Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing and incident management systems
Relevant RPA certifications (e.g., Blue Prism Developer)
Experience contributing to innovation initiatives, such as AI-based automation or proof-of-concepts
