What You'll Do

• Supervising the team's daily tasks within DEV and QA subject areas (including 6-7 teammates)

• Mentoring the team, building growth plans for team members, performing evaluations, and providing coverage in technical areas with assistance from subject experts

• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets

• Facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

• Planning and being responsible for the team’s delivery status and addressing any issues affecting it, along with preparing reports

• Facilitating the resolution of team and individual issues, ensuring growth, and maintaining team member well-being

• Enhancing team and group processes to improve efficiency, predictability, and happiness

• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals

• Evaluating team members' performance as a collaborative team effort

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience guiding and mentoring a team, encouraging collaboration and communication, and promoting a culture of continuous learning

• Strong knowledge of Scrum

• Experience in planning of team’s work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to facilitate group discussions and keep meetings on track

• Confidence and skillful negotiating abilities

• Problem-solving skills to remove obstacles and help the team stay on track

• Extensive knowledge of management strategies and their practical application in the workplace

• Strong understanding of business goals and objectives

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• English level – Upper-intermediate
