QA Engineer

Archdesk is a next-generation ERP software for construction companies in a SaaS model. Working on some of the most notable construction projects around Europe for some of the biggest construction companies and tens of smaller subcontractors across the UK, the rest of Europe and UAE.

As a skilled Test Engineer you will be playing a key role in ensuring the quality of tests undertaken on our Archdesk SaaS solution. 

 About The Role:

• Define and execute comprehensive manual tests, including in-depth background analysis.
• Prepare detailed test cases based on business requirements and ensure proper test data setup.
• Collaborate closely with development, business teams, and other QA team members to ensure quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and validate resolution
• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium-based automation 

 About You:

• Commercial experience in software testing and in test automation
• Knowledge of Java for test automation
• Self-reliant and independent, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Highly motivated and quick to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
• Familiarity with the SQL language
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in reading and analyzing logs to diagnose issues.
• Experience with or interest in ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Familiarity with tools like: Git, Java, SQL, Selenium, Docker, TestLink
• Fluent knowledge and ability to communicate in English
