Business Analyst

🧩 What You’ll Do:

• Act as a change enabler and a bridge between business and IT delivery teams

• Translate business needs into clear technical documentation (PDDs, BRDs, process maps)

• Create business analysis deliverables

• Apply structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills to daily challenges

• Collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures within ArcelorMittal organization

📚 Requirements:

• Expertise in business process modeling (BPMN 2.0)

• Experience in documenting requirements for automation projects

• Familiarity with project management and software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Visio

• Experience in creating and  documenting As-Is and To-Be processes

• Skilled in leading workshops with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• General understanding of financial processes and ERP systems

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field

🌟 Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of BABOK or ITIL frameworks

• Experience with LEAN tools like SIPOC and 5 Whys
