Overview of the role
A Junior PM Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities related to projects and other initiatives with external and internal clients. This is a coordinating role and requires interaction with a range of stakeholders, most often managing deadlines of deliverables and introducing discipline to deliver on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of projects, new system functionalities or system implementations for external and internal clients
- Coordination of activities of teams and units participating in a project or task
- Monitoring work on the project/task, chasing individuals, escalating problems to prevent exceeding the agreed deadlines
- Creating project plans, documenting tasks in JIRA and information for the client
- Communication with external and internal clients and being the point of contact between the company and the client
- Conducting status meetings with external and internal clients
- Close cooperation with the product team, support team, developers and the client
- Assistance in analysing and coordinating service areas with the clients you cooperate with
Requirements
- Very well organised with a strong ability to get things done
- Detail-oriented and excellent communication
- Not afraid to ask, push, escalate to keep the project moving forward
- Proven experience in managing projects is nice to have
- Fluent English
- Graduate with desire to work in coordination role in IT company
