Now, we’re looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team.
As a Product Designer, you will be expected to:
As a Product Designer, you will be expected to:
- discover client’s needs by facilitating team-based workshops and conducting thorough research,
- prototyping initial solutions to validate them with users,
- deliver tangible results in a form of sexy and effective web and mobile interfaces that perfectly combines form with function,
- prepare beautiful case studies that wrap up our work (every now and then),
- collaborate in a fully agile environment on a daily basis.
Impeccable design skills and strong work ethic are a must-have. Here’s a list of things that we would expect you to have:
- 2-4 years of commercial experience in digital product design,
- strong portfolio to prove the above,
- solid knowledge of UX principles and Design Thinking methods,
- good command of Figma, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, and G Suite,
- proficiency in English, both spoken and written (at least B2),
- respect for deadlines (regardless the project is internal or external).
Here’s a list of nice-to-haves that will help you stand out from the other candidates:
- you are a clear and concise communicator that can justify design decisions and thrive on team work,
- you keep your eyes on the current design and tech trends (e.g., AR, VR, VUI),
- you deeply understand the business objectives that are behind the design work you do,
- you can execute sleek motion graphics designs (mostly micro-interactions),
- you did some cool brand design stuff in the past,
- you are a team player with a no-ego attitude.

CoE: 7000 - 11200 PLN gross
