We’re looking for an English-speaking UI/UX Designer to join our team and help deliver international web projects.
You will be working with our US-based clients most of the time. We work in the GMT+2 time zone, with occasional exceptions in the form of client meetings.

To put it simply, you are a designer who can turn ideas into beautiful, user-friendly websites – from the first sketch to the final handoff.
What will be your role?
Designing digital products end-to-end – from research, workshops, and wireframes to polished designs.
Co-creating, monitoring, and improving design processes.
Maintaining and developing design standards.
Communicating with clients and guiding them through design decisions.
Maximizing the use of AI within the scope of your activities.
Goal: Designing intuitive, aesthetic, and effective websites and digital products that bring value to both users and business.
What are your responsibilities going to be?
Running and participating in discovery workshops with clients.
Designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect final designs.
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including use cases and user stories when needed.
Presenting projects to clients, gathering feedback, and aligning expectations.
Collaborating closely with other designers, developers, and project managers.
Supporting less experienced designers on assigned projects.
Creating and maintaining style guides and contributing to design systems.
Working on internal visual content together with the design team.
Taking part in process improvement initiatives.
Keeping track of time spent on projects.

Miro/Figjam - information architecture, user flows
Figma - Wireframing, prototyping, design, gathering feedback
Adobe Creative Suite/Jitter/Midjourney - creating and editing visual assets, animations, and motion design
Gemini & ChatGPT - supporting research, generating ideas, optimizing design workflows, and automating repetitive tasks with AI
