Video Content Moderator with Slovenian
My client is a global technology company specializing in providing modern IT solutions and consulting services for businesses. They support digital transformation and process automation to help companies enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities:

Content Review and Moderation – Monitoring and evaluating user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and removing inappropriate or rule-violating content.

Ensuring Compliance with Guidelines – Verifying that published content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, especially in relation to Slovenian language and culture.

Reporting Violations – Documenting and reporting violations of policies or regulations, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

Managing User Reports – Responding to user reports regarding potentially inappropriate content and resolving disputes.

Improving Moderation Processes – Identifying areas for improvement in the content moderation process and suggesting changes to enhance efficiency.

Close Team Collaboration – Collaborating with other moderators and operational teams to ensure consistency and high quality in content moderation.
Qualifications:

Excellent Proficiency in Slovenian – Fluency in both written and spoken Slovenian to accurately evaluate content for linguistic and cultural compliance.

Attention to Detail – Ability to meticulously assess content, ensuring it meets company guidelines while managing large volumes of information.

Ability to Work Under Pressure – Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment where timely responses to user reports are critical.

Strong Communication Skills – Able to communicate clearly and professionally with users and team members.

Emotional Resilience – Capacity to remain objective and emotionally stable, especially when handling sensitive or challenging content.
