Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js JavaScript and React JS)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with experience in Node.js, JavaScript and React JS. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and should possess strong English language skills. Experience in Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js JavaScript and React JS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain best practices in software development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to the development process.
• Ensure that all development work follows established guidelines and meets the company's standards.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to integrate data-driven features into applications.

Requirements:

• Must have strong experience in Node.js JavaScript and React JS.
• Should have a proven track record of developing high-quality web applications.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Should have experience in working in a hybrid work model.
• Must have strong communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
• Nice to have experience in the Analytics domain.
• Should be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle.
• Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
• Should have experience with version control systems like Git.
• Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
