About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to join the digital transformation program at Client Tech Poland. In this role, you’ll lead the modernization of core banking applications for premium business clients, ensuring seamless project execution in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead IT projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across global teams

• Track progress, report status, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

• Promote Agile best practices across teams

• Coach and mentor developers, testers, and fellow project members

• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience as a Scrum Master or IT Project Manager in regulated industries
✅ Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
✅ Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and SDLC processes
✅ Solid understanding of Java, APIs, ETL, databases (nice to have)
✅ Financial services or banking experience is a must
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Certifications like CSM, PSM, or PMP are a plus
