SAP S4 Hana FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA Consultant to join our team for a Greenfield Implementation, Rollout, and Support project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO SD with localization expertise in Romania or Serbia.

Position: SAP S4HANA Consultant

Location: Poland, remote work

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Greenfield Implementation, Rollout, and Support in SAP S4HANA / SAP FICO SD.
• Possess strong knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Asset Accounting, and Tax.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems for seamless integration, including SAP FI-MM and FI-SD.
• Manage Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Set up financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Analyze and improve business processes.
• Perform configuration, testing, support, rollout, and user training.
• Document configuration, Functional Specifications, WRICEF, etc.
• Communicate with business partners to gather business requirements.
• Understand business requirements and incidents.
• Validate any changes in customization.
• Provide training to end-users.
• Resolve day-to-day queries of end-users.
• Enhance SAP for end-users based on requirements.
• Conduct new CR and requirement analysis.
• Transform business requirements into functional specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in SAP S4HANA Greenfield implementation and rollout projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to gather business requirements.
• Ability to provide training and support to end-users.
• Experience in financial accounting and controlling processes.
