SAP S/4HANA implementation Consultant (OTC)

Our client, a global production company, is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 Retail-O2C Consultant to join their team. In this key role, you will contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, with a focus on optimizing sales and procurement processes within the retail industry.

This is a central position within Global IT, offering the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues worldwide and help drive the organization's technological transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze the company's business processes to understand sales and procurement needs.
• Help create blueprints for sales and procurement processes by working closely with stakeholders and architects.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and collaborate with ABAP developers for necessary customizations.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA for sales and procurement, ensuring it meets business needs and follows best practices.
• Test new developments and configurations to make sure they work as required.
• Conduct functional testing and support the testing phase.
• Create user manuals and documentation for sales and procurement processes.
• Participate in end-to-end testing and provide support to other functional teams.
• Assist in the go-live phase and offer post-launch support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in OTC within a SSC environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, focusing on SD (Sales) and MM (Procurement) processes.
• Practical experience with ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, or SAP S/4HANA Fashion is a plus
• Good understanding of the Fiori interface and sales processes, including output management and EDI integration.
• Skills in customizing and developing SAP solutions to meet business needs, especially in SD and procurement processes.
• Solid knowledge and experience with SAP integration methods (IDOCs, SOAP for SD/MM).
• Strong analytical skills, with experience participating in projects and providing user training and support.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or participate in cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English
