SAP FICO Consultant

For our client — a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-quality electrical and electronic components — we are looking for an SAP FICO Consultant to join a new hub in Warsaw.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI/CO solutions

• Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules according to business needs

• Advise and support process owners and key users on process improvements andinnovations

• Participate in global SAP projects (rollouts, upgrades, implementation of newfunctionalities)

• Ensure effective change and problem management, including supportparticipation

• Create and maintain documentation such as Business Process Procedures anduser guides

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users (on-site and remote)

• Collaborate with global teams, external partners, and the SAP Customer SupportCenter

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, support, and implementation in an international environment

• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and their integration with MM, PP, SD, and HR

• Solid understanding of financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost and Profit Center Accounting

• Familiarity with financial reporting and controlling principles (e.g., international standards)

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is a plus

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are a bonus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and reliable work style

• Excellent communication and consulting abilities

• Ability to work effectively within a team
