👨‍💻 Position: QA Lead 💼 Contract Type: B2B 💰 Rate: 140–150 PLN/hour 📍 Location: Remote with occasional visits to Kraków

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver actionable Management Information (MI) insights

• Conduct root cause analysis and risk evaluation for service incidents

• Uphold regulatory and audit standards within operational processes

• Ensure quality control and adherence to performance benchmarks

• Prepare ad hoc reports and respond to stakeholder requests

• Mentor team members and support career development initiatives

• Collaborate with internal partners to enhance service quality

• Maintain and evolve process documentation and internal controls
