Project Specialist

📍 Location: Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office)

💰 B2B Contract: 70–100 PLN/h

We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to join a team delivering migration projects in an international environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution while collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and coordinating assigned projects, with a particular focus on migration projects

• Monitoring project activities and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks

• Identifying project risks and driving mitigation actions

• Monitoring, verifying, and reporting on project KPIs

• Actively participating in project meetings and preparing summaries and status reports

• Managing stakeholders across various organizational structures and governance models

• Building and maintaining strong business relationships

• Collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Proactively identifying project challenges and recommending effective solutions

• Ensuring the successful execution of assigned activities and achievement of project objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project delivery roles

• Experience working on migration projects is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English

• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Experience managing stakeholders at different organizational levels

• Strong organizational skills, ownership, and ability to work independently
