Role Overview

We are looking for a Network Security Visibility Requirements Analyst to join a global cybersecurity function focused on strengthening enterprise defense capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, gathering, and managing technical requirements related to network visibility and cybersecurity controls. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective detection, monitoring, and reporting of network-related threats, while aligning with risk appetite and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and manage requirements for network visibility and cybersecurity controls
• Collaborate with risk stakeholders and control owners to define measurable security requirements and KPIs
• Support the development and maintenance of network visibility capabilities across complex environments
• Work closely with architects, security teams, and stakeholders to define detection and reporting capabilities for cyber events
• Analyze network and cybersecurity data (e.g., logs) to support decision-making and assess control effectiveness
• Identify gaps in network visibility and propose improvements to reduce security risks
• Maintain a centralized repository of security and visibility requirements
• Contribute to the design of metrics and key control indicators (KCIs)
• Support continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and controls

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with cybersecurity, engineering, risk, and operations teams
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Communicate complex technical topics in a clear, business-friendly way

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in large, regulated, international environments
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk, and compliance

Technical Expertise

• Experience in network security, cybersecurity requirements, or similar roles
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
• Experience with on-prem, cloud, and hybrid network environments (including SaaS and third-party integrations)
• Familiarity with network security controls and monitoring solutions
• Understanding of data and process modeling

Nice to Have

• Background in network engineering or cybersecurity consulting
• Experience in product ownership or requirements engineering
