📱 Mobile Test Engineer

📍 Location: Kraków / Hybrid / B2B

Join a dynamic, international team working on a new mobile investment platform for millions of users. As a Mobile Test Engineer, you'll be part of a strategic program focused on building next-generation digital investment experiences.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about quality assurance, mobile apps, and cutting-edge technology. You'll ensure both Android and iOS apps meet the highest standards of usability, performance, and security.

🧩 Your Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with mobile developers, analysts, and designers in a Scrum team to ensure product quality.
Create and execute test plans, both manual and automated, for mobile applications.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Identify, report, and track issues using bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira).
Actively participate in agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Review acceptance criteria and user stories to ensure testability.
Conduct usability testing across various devices and OS versions.
Continuously improve testing strategy, adopting new tools and approaches.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.

🛠️ What You Bring:

Experience as a Mobile QA Engineer, testing iOS and Android apps.
Practical knowledge of automated testing frameworks: Appium, Selenium (or equivalents).
Skilled in manual testing methodologies for mobile platforms.
Solid understanding of mobile operating systems, devices, and test practices.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments.
Experience working with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira).
Analytical and critical thinking skills – able to identify issues others might miss.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Nice to Have:

Experience with test automation scripting in Java or Python.
Background in usability testing, performance tuning, or security testing for mobile.
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
