About the project

We are recruiting for an advanced advertising ecosystem spanning smart devices across TV, mobile, and desktop. This project connects brands with TV audiences, building a cutting-edge advertising platform using machine learning to enhance targeting, personalization, and optimization, resulting in higher engagement and conversion rates.

During onboarding, you will learn about our products and services to identify the ideal customer persona based on demographics, psychographics, and purchasing power.

As a Machine Learning Product Manager, you will spearhead the development and monetization of innovative machine learning, data, and performance advertising solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional global teams, external partners, and customers to identify opportunities for enhancing revenue and user experience across existing devices and new product initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

•  Drive the development, launch, and adoption of new ML/AI and performance advertising solutions, while continuously enhancing existing features.

•  Collaborate with local and global teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to create and deliver top-tier products.

•  Optimize and roll out new advertising solutions, ensuring technical delivery and comprehensive cross-functional support for successful implementation.

•  Identify and synthesize customer needs, leveraging first-party data, inventory, and technology to develop and implement innovative advertising solutions.

•  Define and support the vision and strategy for products within your area, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

•  Establish and monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure product success and ensure they meet business objectives.

•  Communicate product strategy, development plans, and progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

•  Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the advertising industry to inform product strategy and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications

•  Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management, with a significant portion in digital advertising or AdTech.

•  Proven expertise in delivering complete technical products and showcasing their impact.

•  Experience in integrating ML/AI into product development.

•  Skilled in defining product and roadmap strategy.

•  Proficient in Agile product development methodologies.

•  In-depth knowledge of the ads and AdTech ecosystem, including current and competitive performance advertising solutions.

•  Comfortable working with data, with experience in SQL and data processing/data warehousing being advantageous.

•  Proven ability to take initiative and drive actions, particularly in developing multi-million dollar advertising solutions used by numerous customers.

•  Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and handling product tradeoffs.

•  Experience in creating consumer-facing AdTech products is beneficial.

•  Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

•  Proficiency in spoken and written English.
