IT Service Owner (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid (Kraków 6x a month / optional Warsaw)

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Owner to join our team in a dynamic cybersecurity environment. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end operation and improvement of services, with a focus on maintaining effective control over application and service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful operation and continuous improvement of services across Dev, UAT, Production, and Contingency environments.
• Maintain compliance with governance processes, FIM requirements, and IT Controls.
• Proactively plan service requirements, including evergreening and capacity upgrades. Regularly communicate service performance and benefits to stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalation when service requests are made by stakeholders or other functions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Service Owners, POD team members, Risk & Control Officers, Infrastructure Leads, vendors, and Cyber Security teams.
• Delegate tasks and regular reviews to POD team members, consolidating responses and completing information requests.
• Regularly review service and application information in inventory tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure/Software support, or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies, particularly in Service Level Management (SLM), Service Continuity, Information Security Management, Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues from other teams.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to handle tasks of varying complexity.
• Team player with adaptability to change.
• Solid understanding of IT technologies, their components, and operational environments.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, or Oracle databases is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.
