Java Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid (Kraków)

• Location: Kraków (hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
• Rate: 150-200 PLN/h
• Contract Type: B2B

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Engineer to join our team and take ownership of a platform designed to streamline control automation and reduce overhead for platform tenants. This service has been developed as a side project, but now requires a dedicated engineer to further develop, maintain, and evolve it. This role combines software engineering with an element of control analysis to optimize processes and ensure efficient automation.

Technical Requirements:

• Java 21 – proficiency required
• Databases & SQL – experience with PostgreSQL preferred
• Front-end development – ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Agile & Scrum methodologies
• Linux basics 

Additional Requirements:

• Understanding of Technology Platforms, including Internal Developer Platforms and Cloud Hosting Platforms
• Ability to perform business analysis, particularly in control and process optimization
• Experience in enterprise deployment environments is a plus
