Full Stack Engineer

Location: Kraków (2 days a week in the office)
Rate: 170-200 PLN per hour
Industry: Banking

For our Client, a company in the banking industry, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop code as per specifications using Java with Spring Boot on Google Cloud Platform hosted environments.
• Conduct reviews of design/code/test plans and test results.
• Support the teams with design issues, bugs, and post-development queries.
• Participate in feasibility studies and requirement analysis.
• Planning and analysis.
• Design and construction.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Java 11+.
• Relevant solid senior/lead working experience in RESTful API, RAML, Core Java, Cloud HUB, Jenkins, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, React.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end impact analysis, creating high- and low-level design.
• Ability to take complete ownership of assigned tasks, be accountable and committed.
• Ability to write sensible tests to verify functionalities and endpoints, debug existing code, extend functionality, and/or fix issues if any.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and ability to write REST APIs.
• Participate in platform improvement initiatives like performance improvement and production stability.
• Always consider implementing security around functionalities/services/endpoints.
• Prior hands-on experience with any CI-CD tooling.
• Good knowledge of database schema design. Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proven rapid learning capability.
• Hardworking and flexible to work based on project demands.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps operating models.
• Very good English skills, minimum B2 level.
