Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Architect to join our team and support us in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions. If you have a strong background in system engineering, the ability to tailor IT solutions to business requirements, and want to influence the development of modern technologies, this opportunity is for you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design system architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Assess new technologies for their suitability in achieving business goals.
• Provide technical support and consultancy to project and business teams.
• Implement and customize Dynamics 365 to meet organizational needs.
• Develop innovative solutions to optimize business processes.
• Document processes and create functional and technical specifications.
• Configure MSD365 forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
• Integrate with other systems and cloud services.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications and other MS Dynamics modules.
• Over 5 years of project experience, including at least 3 years in consulting.
• Professional CRM certification or willingness to obtain it within an agreed timeframe.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Field Service, Project Service Automation, Customer Service, Voice of the Customer, Portals.
• Experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in using Dynamics SDK, CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP.
• Practical knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#.
• Familiarity with the Azure platform and administrative tools for Dynamics 365, including XRMToolbox.
• Ability to conduct business analysis and create technical documentation.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of other Microsoft products (Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, SharePoint).
• Proficiency in Visual Studio, PowerBI, SQL Server Data Tools.
• Experience with Azure SQL, SSIS, or other ETL technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus).
• Understanding of middleware (WebSphere, Tomcat, Java, Messaging, Application Server).
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
