We’re looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join and guide a team of business analysts working on large-scale IT initiatives. You’ll play a key role in end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cross-functional, international teams across the full software development lifecycle—from ideation to development, deployment, and ongoing support.

- Lead and support a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the consistency, quality, and standardization of deliverables across projects.
- Define and implement the analytical approach and methodology for the project, aligning with business goals and delivery standards.
- Engage in complex IT projects involving globally distributed and culturally diverse teams.
- Co-develop delivery roadmaps and plans that align business priorities with project and operational constraints.
- Act as a representative of the project team in front of stakeholders, providing clear, structured communication and influencing decisions.
- Facilitate collaboration with business stakeholders to capture real needs and validate proposed solutions within contractual and technical constraints.
- Partner with UX designers, architects, and developers to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and are technically feasible.
- Manage analytical complexity by identifying dependencies across systems, modules, and workflows while maintaining requirement consistency and resolving conflicts.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with a strong track record of successful project delivery across various industries.
- Led at least two large and complex projects in a Lead Analyst or Product Owner capacity, managing teams of 3+ BAs.
- Deep experience working on large-scale IT projects using Agile, hybrid, or other adaptive delivery models.
- Excellent communication skills, including leading meetings, running workshops, and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong command of business analysis tools and techniques, adapted to fit the specific needs of each project.
- Solid technical understanding: able to follow solution architecture, understand APIs, write basic SQL queries, and read simple code.
- Experience with both custom-built software and COTS/low-code platforms; familiarity with emerging technologies is an advantage.
- Fast learner who can quickly understand domain-specific processes and terminology.
