Technical Business Analyst (Cloud & HPC Migration)
We’re currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in their digital transformation journey. They're looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a high-impact migration project focused on moving standalone applications to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — with a strong emphasis on High Performance Computing (HPC) environments.

You’ll collaborate closely with a Technical Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure business and technical requirements are translated into actionable deliverables. This is a critical role in enabling cloud migration with minimal disruption and maximum value to the business.
This position goes beyond traditional BA work — you’ll help shape processes, clarify complex system interactions, and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical solutions.
- Translate technical goals into structured business requirements
- Analyze legacy applications and identify key business rules and integrations
- Create detailed specs, user stories, and test scenarios
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Build process flows and visual documentation
- Work hand-in-hand with developers, testers, and business partners
- Track requirement traceability and support UAT
- Support change management and knowledge transfer activities
Must-haves:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on software or cloud migration projects
- Strong background in documenting complex requirements
- Knowledge of cloud concepts (ideally GCP) and modern development environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in agile teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good understanding of data structures and APIs
- Fluent English (C1 level)
Nice-to-haves:
- Background in pharma, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with HPC environments and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and business process modeling
- Exposure to scientific computing or research-heavy systems
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent
