This is a remote role based anywhere in one of our European countries of operation. You must be a permanent resident of and have the right to work in that country.

The Department The Group Technology Team delivers technology programs, projects, and ongoing support for internal applications and external products. The Testing Services team ensures quality assurance across the delivery lifecycle, supporting release decisions and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client and market needs.

The Role As an Automation Test Engineer, you will maintain and enhance automation frameworks, implement "Proof of Concept" tasks, and identify process improvements. Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, you will ensure adherence to test policies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain test automation processes and frameworks.
• Assess automation testing requirements and provide implementation estimates.
• Enhance and extend standard test automation frameworks.
• Coordinate and manage test automation workloads while identifying risks.

The Candidate We seek a candidate with strong expertise in test automation and the ability to support project teams. You should have:

• Knowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologies (ISTQB preferred).
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
