(Senior) Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead distributed, multinational scrum teams to deliver our next generation AI powered Learning Management System ("LMS") that is redefining how people learn. You will be adetail oriented leader, with excellent communication skills, who excels at managing complex agile projects, aligning global stakeholders and driving innovative, technology led initiatives to successful outcomes. You must have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and AI/ML divenproduct development, within cross-functional global environments

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager, Product Team, Scrum Master, Developers, QA Testers, AI Engineers, and UX Designers to translate business objectives into clear sprint goals and product increments.

• Coordinate multiple multinational Scrum teams, ensuring alignment of goals, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with Scrum Masters to facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) and ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and practices.

• Drive cross-team collaboration, manage interdependencies, and remove impediments that impact progress or quality.

• Implement effective communication and reporting structures to keep global stakeholders informed and engaged.

• Track project performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time) and use data to optimize team performance and predict delivery timelines

• Manage risk identification and mitigation, ensuring proactive handling of technical, operational, and delivery challenges.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning across dispersed teams.

• Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and AI ethics standards relevant to LMS and AI systems.

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-driven LMS project within scope, timeline, and budget

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master delivering complex software projects.

• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams across multiple countries or regions.

• Demonstrated success in leading projects involving AI, machine learning, or data-driven product development.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across distributed and multicultural teams. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with EdTech is a nice to have
