System Analyst

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst for a project building a unified portal, enabling scalable self-service solutions and consistent digital experience across integrated services. 

 Our customer is a world leader in insurance and B2B2C support, which offers global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, cars, and their service. The company is dedicated to delivering world-class, agile, and sustainable IT solutions, driving full-spectrum digitalization. 

 The project is focused on building a unified meta-portal to deliver a consistent digital experience for B2B2C interactions. It aims to harmonize service journeys, reduce IT complexity, and provide scalable self-service solutions through an integrated and orchestrated platform. 

 Responsibilities: 

- Identifying and analyzing user and API requirements. 

- Analyzing existing APIs using Postman. 

- Creating and managing backlog for FE and REST API in Jira. 

- Documenting requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence. 

- Leading requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement. 

- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog. 

- Facilitating cross-team collaboration and Agile ceremonies. 

- Creating diagrams (UML, BPMN) and supporting solution design. 

- Validating APIs and supporting testing/UAT. 

- Identifying risks, gaps, and driving improvements. 

- Supporting analytics and compliance initiatives (e.g., Adobe Analytics). 

- Leading demos and mentoring Business Analysts. 

 Must-haves:  

- Commercial experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years. 

- Experience working with UML and BPMN for modeling and documentation. 

- Experience in designing and working with REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations. 

- Experience in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for data analysis and querying. 

- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman. 

- Experience working with OpenAPI (Swagger) for API documentation. 

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, PlantUML, Lucidchart, Miro, and Figma. 

- Experience working with Camunda for process automation is preferred. 

- Experience using IntelliJ IDEA or similar IDEs. 

- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments. 

- Understanding of Lean principles. 

- Understanding of Microservices architecture. 

- Experience with A/B testing methodologies. 

- Experience working with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics is preferred. 

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
