System Analyst

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst for a project extending a platform with end-to-end sales management in a cloud-based system.

The customer is an established producer of premium products, combining tradition with innovation to deliver high-quality goods globally. Known for meticulous quality standards and sustainable practices, the company has a broad product range and strong international distribution network, with continuous growth and industry recognition.

The project is focused on extending an existing platform with end-to-end sales management capabilities. It includes inventory management, order processing, pricing, invoicing, approval workflows, and integrations, enabling centralized and automated sales operations within a scalable, cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business processes related to warehouse operations and identifying system requirements.

• Gathering, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements for Sales Order integration with Komet Sales.

• Collaborating with stakeholders (client, BA, developers, QA) to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

• Preparing detailed specifications, workflows, and data mapping for system integration.

• Supporting configuration and customization of Sales Order modules to meet client needs.

• Coordinating with development teams during implementation and testing phases.

• Conducting gap analysis between current processes and Sales Order capabilities.

• Assisting in creating test scenarios and validating system functionality during UAT.

• Providing training and documentation for end-users and supporting teams.

• Monitoring system performance and proposing improvements post-implementation.

Must-haves:

• Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role in Sales Order or ERP systems for 3+ years.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations (inventory, order management, shipping).

• Knowledge of system integration principles, data flows, and mapping.

• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and process diagrams (BPMN, UML).

• Experience working with SQL and understanding of relational databases.

• Ability to work with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and business stakeholders.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with Komet Sales platform and its API/integration capabilities.
