Solutions Architect

The IT company Andersen invites a Solutions Architect to work on a project in the field of FinTech for one of our USA customers. 

The customer is a software product development and consulting company with a proven track record of over 20 years in technology, strategy, and data. Company is at the forefront of delivering innovative technological solutions for businesses of all scales worldwide: finance, healthcare, manufacturing, ecommerce, media and entertainment, logistics, education, and many other industries. 

 The project is the development of comprehensive ERP software suite that can handle all business needs, look no further than Microsoft Dynamics AX.  

Responsibilities: 

• Analyzing client requirements (business and technical) to propose suitable solutions. 
• Developing solutions using appropriate technologies. 
• Engaging with stakeholders during requirement analysis and solution design. 
• Conducting workshops, demos, and solution presentations for clients. 
• Preparing questionnaires for solution analysis and controlling requirement collection. 
• Designing corporate architecture, transitioning to industry standards. 
• Defining and designing MVPs, product, and architecture roadmaps. 
• Taking full responsibility for Dynamics 365 solutions from Alfapeople, including design and implementation. 
• Allocating resources and ensuring team accountability, estimating project activities hourly and monitoring timelines and quality. 
• Taking responsibility for business processes and subsequent delivery. 
• Leading a team of functional consultants, ensuring adherence to design, supporting and mentoring consultants, developing their skills. 
• Ensuring Microsoft certification for the team and self quarterly, aligning solutions with Microsoft FastTrack methodologies. 

Must-haves: 

• Experience as a Solutions Architect for 5+ years.  
• Proper Resource Allocation on Resource GURU and Ensure the Accountability on Over all team and Delivery.  
• Microsoft Solution Architect and FastTrack Certified Architect certifications. Microsoft certifications MB-7OO and Exam PL-600. 
• Be updated with Dynamics 365 features, Microsoft's "Success by Design" framework, and implementation methodologies.  
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate or above.
