QA Engineer in the EU with German
Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer in the EU to deliver end-to-end quality assurance for business-critical systems, covering manual and automated testing, test management, and continuous improvement of software quality.
The customer is an international IT services provider delivering solutions in software quality assurance, test automation, and process automation. The organization helps businesses enhance software reliability, improve efficiency, and streamline delivery through modern technologies and industry best practices.
The project is focused on providing end-to-end quality assurance services for business-critical systems, including manual and automated testing, test management, and continuous improvement of test coverage to ensure stable releases and high software quality.
Responsibilities:
Owning functional testing for ITSM modules and end-to-end service workflows.
Creating and maintaining test cases, checklists, and regression suites.
Validating integrations (email notifications, APIs, external systems) on a functional level.
Supporting requirement clarification with BA/PO and providing quality feedback early.
Participating in defective triage and risk assessment.
Ensuring stable release quality in a remote setup.
Must-haves:
Experience in Manual QA for 2+ years.
Confident in test analysis, test design, and documentation.
Practical ITSM knowledge and experience testing service workflows.
Experience working with ITSM tools: SMAX / ServiceNow / Jira Service Management (any).
Able to work independently and drive testing activities. - Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
