QA Engineer in the EU
Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer in the EU to ensure the quality of a large-scale booking platform, supporting scalable services and improving efficiency and customer experience.
The customer is a technology-driven platform that facilitates interactions between consumers and independent service providers, offering simple booking capabilities alongside operational tools for daily workflow management. The platform is used across several regions, addresses routine service needs, and focuses on scalability, usability, and efficiency rather than industry-specific positioning.
The project is focused on optimizing a large-scale booking platform for beauty, wellness, and health services, enhancing sales and service processes within a Service Cloud environment to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Testing complex omni flow and omni channel logic to ensure cases and chat sessions are correctly created, tagged, and routed to the right human agent queues when the AI escalates.
Working with mobile and web application to verify that hidden pre-chat variables (App Source and Country) are correctly passed into Salesforce.
Verifying that the AI can successfully and securely read external data (billing status via Salesforce Connect or REST APIs) using OAuth 2.0 flows.
Conducting rigorous end-to-end testing of Agentforce conversational flows across multiple use cases (General Support, Billing, Escalations).
Validating that the AI Agent retrieves the correct Knowledge Articles using vector search and accurately summarizes the data without fabricating information.
Intentionally trying to "break" or bypass the AI's instructions to ensure safety guardrails hold up, ensuring the AI does not promise refunds or use inappropriate language.
Verifying that custom retrieval logic works flawlessly, ensuring a user passing a country and language variable via the mobile app strictly receives Polish-specific answers.
Executing AI Translation QA Protocol by reviewing and rating samples of AI-translated Knowledge Articles to ensure high fidelity before bulk publishing.
Measuring and validating the synchronization time between publishing an article in Salesforce Core and its availability in the Data Cloud Vector Index.
Must-haves:
Experience in QA testing for 4+ years, with at least 1–2 years specifically focused on the Salesforce platform.
Strong service cloud knowledge, understanding of Omni-Channel, Case Management, Chat/Messaging (MIAW), and Salesforce Knowledge Articles.
Experience with (or strong theoretical knowledge of) testing LLMs, chatbots, or generative AI applications.
Understanding the difference between deterministic testing and probabilistic evaluation.
Proficiency using tools like Postman to validate REST API responses and data payloads.
Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice to haves:
Experience with Salesforce-specific automation tools (Provar, Tosca, Copado).
