Product Designer

The international IT сompany Andersen invites a Product Designer to join our dynamic and highly skilled professional team.

Responsibilities: 

• Conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions. 

• Designing end-to-end user experiences: flow, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI. 

• Building and maintaining scalable design systems and UI components. 

• Creating interactive prototypes and validating them through testing. 

• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. 

• Presenting concepts to stakeholders and incorporating feedback. 

• Solving UX problems using data, experimentation, and best practices. 

• Contributing product discovery and feature prioritization. 

Must-haves: 

• Experience as a Product Designer for 4+ years. 

• Experience working in a full-cycle product team with main development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Kanban). 

• Proficiency with tools like Figma/Miro/Jira. 

• Skills in conducting user testing. 

• Excellent communication skills, readiness and ability to work in a team, independence, ability to generate ideas and convey the purpose and meaning of solutions to colleagues. 

• A portfolio demonstrating experience at all stages of design: analysis, prototyping, and testing is required.

• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above. 

Nice-to-have: 

• Experience with Motion Design.
