Motion Design

Andersen is hiring a Motion Designer to create animations and visual content that enhance digital products, strengthen brand communication, and deliver engaging user experience

Responsibilities: 

• Creating graphics for video creatives, including isometric locations, character reskin/design, and props. 

• Preparing artwork for animation (cutting, layer preparation). 

• Using AI tools to generate art, assembling collages from successful generations, and refining them manually. 

• Collaborating with the Art Director and Marketing Producer. 

• Producing 2D animations for video creatives, including hook intros, cutscenes, and gameplay animations. 

• Designing engaging VFX for motion projects. 

• Ensuring all work meets deadlines and agreed requirements. 

Must-haves: 

• Experience as a Motion Designer  for 3+ years and above. 

• Strong proficiency in Photoshop and After effect's. 

• Ability to create 2D art (characters, props, sketching). 

• Ability to prepare artwork for animation. 

• Confident user of After Effects, including high-quality character animation (Duik). 

• Proven experience in creating game-related creatives. 

• Strong skills in creating impactful VFX. 

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. 

• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+  and above. 

Nice-to-have: 

• Experience working with 3D graphics. 

• Advanced skills in AI tools: A1111/Forge (with ControlNet) + ChatGPT/Flux Kontext. 

• Knowledge of game engines such as Unity or Unreal. 

• Additional skills in AI-based tools and workflows.
