Microsoft Power Platform Technical Consultant

Andersen is hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Technical Consultant for a major retail real estate group. The role focuses on testing CRM solutions in Microsoft Dynamics to automate and optimize sales and leasing workflows. 

Our customer is a major retail real estate group operating across Central and Eastern Europe. It owns, develops, and manages a large portfolio of shopping centers across eight countries, including Romania, Poland, Hungary, and Bulgaria. With extensive regional expertise and a strong operational presence, the organization focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing high-quality retail properties. 

The project is focused on developing and deploying CRM solutions in Microsoft Dynamics using Power Platform and Power Apps. The goal is to improve sales and leasing workflows by automating key processes such as apartment availability, sales tracking, and status updates, while ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly functionality. 

Responsibilities: 

- Developing and configuring CRM solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. 

- Designing and automating business workflows for sales and leasing operations (e.g., apartment availability, sales status updates, lead tracking). 

- Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

- Integrating Power Platform applications with existing systems and data sources. 

- Supporting deployment, testing, and end-user training. 

Must-haves:  

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) for 4+ years  

- Proven track record in designing and implementing business applications and workflows within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.  

- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales and leasing processes, and data relationships (entities, tables, forms, and views).  

- Experience in customizing and extending model-driven and canvas apps, as well as building reusable components.  

- Practical knowledge of Power Automate flows, approvals, and integrations with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and external APIs.  

- Familiarity with security roles, data model design, and environment management within Power Platform.  

- Understanding of application lifecycle managemen using tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and Solution Packaging.  

- Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable low-code/no-code solutions.  

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers. 

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. 

Nice-to-Have: 

- Basic scripting experience in JavaScript, Power Fx, or C# plugins.
