Full Stack Developer (Node.js+React)

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (Node.js+React) to develop an AI-driven SaaS platform automating tenant communication and property management workflows for improved efficiency. 

The customer is an innovative company providing AI-powered solutions to streamline operations across various industries. Their platform automates routine tasks, improves communication, and integrates with existing systems to enhance efficiency. By reducing manual work and optimizing workflows, the company helps businesses achieve better performance and scalability while minimizing administrative overhead. 

The project is focused on developing an AI-driven SaaS platform that automates tenant communication and property management workflows. The solution enables property companies to handle inquiries, bookings, and support across multiple channels with intelligent, always available automation. 

Responsibilities: 

• Owning backend implementation in a TypeScript stack: tRPC APIs, server-side Next.js runtime, database layer (Prisma/PostgreSQL). 

• Building and maintaining background processing using Inngest (event-driven jobs + scheduled automation). 

• Implementing and hardening integrations (webhooks, OAuth, sync jobs) with comms/calendar/CRM/PMS ecosystem. 

• Designing for correctness and operability: idempotency, retries, rate-limit handling, structured logging, error monitoring. 

• Supporting frontend delivery as needed (reviewing PRs, implementing small UI slices, ensuring API/UX fit), but remaining backend-first. 

• Working collaboratively in a senior-only team; communicating trade-offs and driving execution in a Kanban cadence. 

Must-haves: 

• Experience in full stack development for 4+ years. 

• Strong experience with TypeScript. 

• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js (App Router architecture). Experience building AI-powered applications, including LLM-based assistants or chatbots. 

• Hands-on experience with LLM tool/function calling and action execution workflows. 

• Understanding of RAG architectures, including embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval optimization. 

• Experience working with vector databases and RAG frameworks (e.g., Pinecone, LlamaIndex, LlamaParse, or similar). 

• Experience with voice bots or conversational AI systems (e.g., ElevenLabs, AssemblyAI, or similar tools). 

• Experience with real-time communication systems such as Pusher or other pub/sub technologies. 

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration or background job systems such as Inngest, Temporal, BullMQ, or Cloud Tasks. 

• Experience designing type-safe APIs, preferably with tRPC, or strong experience with similar patterns. 

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling. 

• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
