Enterprise Solutions Architect

The IT company Andersen invites an Enterprise Solutions Architect to join its team for working with a company from Oman.  

The customer is a pioneering financial institution in the Sultanate of Oman. It aims to support the housing and construction sectors, contributing to the country's economic development. The bank focuses on achieving shareholder objectives and developing human capital through efficient banking operations and a motivating work environment. It actively supports Omani citizens by offering subsidized financing and reducing waiting list delays. 

The project is to support the governance, strategic planning, and operational alignment of the Super App and broader housing ecosystem. 

Responsibilities: 

• Designing and maintaining the enterprise ecosystem architecture aligned with strategic business goals.  

• Implementing and adapting architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) to ensure consistency across the IT landscape.  

• Developing and managing integration solutions across multiple domains: finance, utilities, and marketplaces.  

• Establishing and evolving IT governance structures: policies, processes, architecture boards, and compliance controls.  

• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business needs. 

• Evaluating and selecting technologies, platforms, and integration frameworks (e.g., ESB, API Gateway, iPaaS)  

• Managing the lifecycle of architectural artifacts: roadmaps, target and transitional architectures, standards. 

Must-have: 

• Experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect for 5+ years.  

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with TOGAF (ADM cycle, architecture domains, repositories).  

• Experience in establishing architecture governance: defining principles, conducting architecture reviews, running architecture boards.  

• Experience in delivering integration solutions across multi-domain environments: financial systems (ERP, payment gateways), utility platforms (IoT, billing), and marketplaces (e-commerce, logistics).  

• Proficiency with modern integration frameworks: Apache Camel, MuleSoft, WSO2, Azure Integration Services.  

• Experience with hybrid and cloud environments (Azure, AWS), including microservices architecture and API-first design.  

• Solid knowledge of real-time data processing, analytics architectures, and data monetization strategies.  

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  

• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
