Lead Solution Architect

At Pretius we are looking for Lead Solution Architect to leading the architectural design and oversight of project teams delivering solutions in the telecommunications industry.

Location: remote or Warsaw

Salary: 160-190 pln netto/h

Project / Role

• Define and oversee the architectural framework for IT projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs
• Lead architectural discussions, decision-making processes, and technical assessments
• Supervise and support development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure alignment with project budgets (minimum 500,000 PLN gross) and timelines
• Develop technical documentation and ensure compliance with best practices and standards
• Manage risks and proactively address technical challenges during project execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Prince2 Practitioner or AgilePM Practitioner certification
• Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and software development methodologies
• Familiarity with modern technologies and platforms, such as cloud services, microservices, and enterprise systems
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Nice to have experience with tools such as AWS/Azure, TOGAF certification, or similar
